A good street doc<sup>[[[Needs evidence]]]</sup> , he puts the pain in healing.\\ 
He is a rather sadistic person, and no warning on e.g. amputation of limbs on a patient if absolutely needed.\\ 
Totally keen on attaching cyberware and tech other things onto patients.\\ 
He uses crude doctor <del>weapons</del> tools, like a saw.\\ 
====== Personality ======
Somewhat sadistic, and rather crude, but otherwise jolly. However his jokes are rather morbid or cruel, which he still laughs to merrily.\\ 
Other than just fixing patients, he likes to attach things to his patients too. But he hates it when his surgeries go wrong, especially when he'll be the cause the death. 

====== Appearance ======

A stout ork, dark green ork with cheap doctor's equipment... some things aren't even for a doctor, like whats an ordinary saw doing on his belt!?

====== Relationship with Shrek ======
[[Shrek]] and him know each other from way back.\\
His family and Shrek's family were close, their parents that is. Back when they were kids, Painboy and Shrek just met up with each other when the parents hung out together.\\ 
Nowadays other than medical treatment requests, they keep in contact through seasonal greetings, like New Years and the jolly winter season's OrkMas.
